Anna Davies is a stained glass artist and teacher originally from Kent, now based on the south coast in West Sussex. With 24 years’ experience, she is a member of The Worshipful Company of Glaziers and a Freeman of London. Working from Badger Brook Studio in Fulking, she creates bespoke stained glass pieces designed to reflect each client’s ideas, whether as a window, lantern, lightbox or piece to hang in the home. Her work is distinctive in the way it responds to changing light, revealing different textures, colours and surfaces throughout the day and even at night.
Anna offers stained glass classes for those who want to learn this captivating art form, alongside commission and restoration work. Her teaching is suitable for anyone looking to explore stained glass, and she encourages people to enrol and discover the pleasures of working with coloured glass. She also preserves and restores stained glass pieces, large and small, both in situ and in her studio. Whether someone is completely new to the medium or seeking expert help with a treasured piece, Anna offers a welcoming way in.
