Port Studio - Figment Arts
What they offer: Crafts & Making
We need your help to open the doors of Port Studio, an inclusive creative hub at Shoreham Port that builds connection, wellbeing and pride in place.
We listen to and learn from the people, history and culture of each area where we work.
We create spaces where everyone feels welcome, respected and part of something.
We build strong relationships in the places where we work, helping people share their stories, be creative and feel proud of where they live. Our work gives a voice to those who are often left out and helps bring people together through the arts.
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support exciting community- and artist-driven projects, such as Port Stories, Story Maps and our Creative Clubs. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in arts and community engagement while making a meaningful difference in your local area.
