Watercolour Autumn Treasures

Create small watercolour studies of autumn leaves, conkers and seed pods, working from direct observation with guidance from artist Michelle Dawson. Inspired by the rich colours of the season, you’ll explore ways to capture a selection of natural treasures in paint.

Michelle will demonstrate watercolour techniques for depicting these autumn finds, followed by time to practise mixing a beautiful range of warm colours and experiment with applying them in different ways.

You’ll then choose from an array of leaves and other natural objects to make your own studies. The workshop has a maximum of 10 participants, allowing for guidance from Michelle throughout.
